Install Automation Actions for Assets plugin from the Atlassian Marketplace

Start automating

Custom actions

Open up any automation rule (or create a new one) and find newly installed Custom actions.

Before starting using it, a connection must be made between the action and JSM Assets. This has to be done once per rule and has to be done by user with access to JSM Assets and create/update object permissions.

All changes to Assets objects are done by this user (in this example, by Talive OÜ).
